Remove the glass from the window and lift the frame into the window. Secure the window in place by installing double threaded concrete screws along the sides and top of the window.

Measure the concrete opening and cut a 2x4 to fit across the lower sill. If you need to install a new window in a concrete wall cut a hole that s large enough to hold your new window.
