Then trim the conduit back and install a surface mount fixture box sealing the box to the surface of the stucco.
Stucco does not have a uniform flat surface so the silicone will ensure the fixture is water tight.
Step 3 turn off the power source and wire the light fixture s according to the included instructions.

Leave the conduit long so that the stucco applicator can install the stucco right around the conduit.
Tighten the mounting screws.
Make sure they are firmly connected.
Thread the two mounting screws through the holes in the mounting plate and into the junction box.
Twist your wire cap on to secure the two wires.
Twist the white wire from the light fixture to the white wire coming from the wall using a clockwise motion.
