Roll down the windows remove the door check arm unplug the wiring drop the two hinge bolts pull off the limit strap and lift it free. At the bottom of each of the two bolts that hold each door on the vehicle there are nuts that must be removed in order to take the doors off of your jeep.

On the outside of the door where the door meets the body of the jeep there are 2 bolts that need to be removed. Close the door without latching it. At the bottom of each bolt there is a nut that must be removed. Remove the nuts on the bottom of each bolt.
