Any caulk along the back edge between the sink and wall needs to be cut through then just lift the sink straight up.
Unscrew the metal clips that connect the sink to the countertop.
And water cut off valves are on the hot and cold water lines coming out of the wall.
If you have an under mounted sink you will first need to have someone hold the sink up while you detach it otherwise it could fall down onto you.
Place a small bucket on the floor beneath the water valves to catch any water left in the lines then disconnect.
Anchor the tub to the wall with stainless steel wood screws driving the screws into wall.
Turn the water cut off valves under the sink.
If there is no access panel you ll have to make one.
Loosen the p trap.
Remove the p trap and dump its water into the bucket.
Then place a bucket under the sink to catch any water remaining in the pipes as you disconnect them.
Loosen and remove the slip nuts on the p trap connecting the tub drain to the home s drain line using the pliers.
