Begin by inserting the bottom pivot into the bracket which can be screwed to the floor to the door jamb or both. Attach the hangers to the tops of the doors. Go to lowe s or home depot and buy your doors. Because not all doorways are plumb measure the width of the doorway at both.

Next screw the bottom track into place or glue it down if your floor is made of concrete. To install sliding closet doors start by screwing the top track into position at the top of your door with the track facing down. Then hold the spring loaded top pivot down while you swing the top of the door toward the frame and under the door track. Once the door is approximately under the hole in the track release the pivot.

After the doors are hanging install the center guide on the floor to keep the doors in line. Tip the doors to hook the hangers onto the track. Sliding doors need to overlap in the center by 2 to 3 inches so keep that in mind as you figure your door measurements.
